Sister Missionary Age Requirement Lowered

So exciting!  Instead of waiting until age 21, sisters can choose to serve as early as age 19 if they like.  That puts my little sister Carolyn in age range in one year, I'm so thrilled.  And slightly jealous, how awesome it will be to go after high school or a bit of college instead of towards the end.
